- Network Server and Storage Solutions for IT Data Centers.
- OEM Appliance Services for leading ISVs.
- Network Security Appliances for all size of business.
2000-2007:
- Received ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
- Supported the application needs of large number of ISVs’ in the field of network load balancer, network security, network storage and data communication.
- Developed over 100 network server, storage and appliance platforms to provide unique approach to support medium to large-scale deployment of mission-critical IT infrastructures. Our products achieve proven advantage in the areas of open standards, thermal efficiency, high performance, remote management, price/performance and total cost of ownership.
- Founded nAppliance Networks, a fully owned subsidiary for network security appliance products and services which offers a broad range of ready-to-deploy business security appliances to protect network users, devices, applications, and data; they provide layered defenses against threats to networks and Microsoft applications. nAppliance is the leading brand for Microsoft powered security appliances which include standard and enterprise ISA Server and SSL VPN option.
1996-2000:
- Developed industry’s first low profile 2U space saving rackmount server in 1998 which rapidly became the platform of choice for building higher rack density and rock solid internet infrastructure around the globe.
- Large number of leading independent software companies relied upon Iron Systems to make their application available as network appliance.
- Merged with BSDi.
- Some of business customers included About.com, Above.net, eToys, Borderware, Juniper, Motorola.
1992-1995:
- Provided ISP Infrastructure solutions, which included industry first high quality rackmount servers bundled wide range of operating systems such as BSD/OS, FreeBSD, SCO and applications such as modem dial-in terminals, PC routers, and ready-to-deploy NEWS, WEB and EMAIL internet servers.
- Helped over 200 startups to launch ISP business.
- Some of the business customers included BBN, UUNET, BSDi, FreeBSD foundation, AT&T, Dun and Bradstreet, Sony, Adobe.
