| Kevin Gugneja has over 12 years of experience in engineering operations, sales and marketing of information technology solutions. Over the years he has developed a very good market knowledge, relations with manufacturers and worldwide sales distributor channel. |
After graduation, Kevin worked with ABB, the leader in power and automation technologies where he gained invaluable experience in product development and distribution. Prior to joining Iron Systems Inc., Kevin founded Telenet System Solutions in 1996, "a Leader in Custom Server Technology," which was later acquired by BSDi.

| As head of the Product Development team, Bobby Sidhu is responsible for directing all aspects of strategic planning and business development. |
| Bobby brings with him a successful 9 year track record in a variety of challenging enterprenurial positions within the IT industry. He was Director of Engineering Operations at BSDi Inc., and played a key role in managing the company's Internet server business operations. Prior to merger with BSDi, he was chief operating officer at Telenet Systems; with additional responsibility of product management and engineering development. |
| Bobby Sidhu received his MBA from Siber School of Management, India in 1994. He began his career in financial services and then gradually moved to IT industry. |

Cliff Skolnick (VP Engineering)

| Cliff Skolnick has over 19 years of experience in the field of Internet servers, security and connectivity. Cliff was a co-founder and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Organic Online, (NASDAQ: OGNC) where he designed the network and server architecture used by many high profile clients for their Internet presence such as Volvo, MCI, Netscape, Saturn and Microsoft. Before Organic, Cliff applied his networking and software skills at Sun Microsystems in the Internet engineering group as the project lead on one of the Internet Firewall Projects. Cliff also worked at Sun as a developer in the Clustered Systems group and as part of the Sun Professional Services organization. |

Billy Bath (VP Business Development & Marketing) |

| Billy Bath has over 14 years of experience in the development, sales and marketing of information technology solutions. In 1992, Billy made his mark in the Unix server market by becoming the very first provider of "Complete ISP Startup Kits" and helped 100’s of ISP’s to start and build a reliable network infrastructures running on BSD/OS; followed by FreeBSD, Slackware and Redhat integration. |
| Prior to founding Iron Systems, he was the General Manager of Internet Server Division for Berkeley Software Design Inc (BSDi), a Colorado based software developer of BSD/OS (now owned by Windriver Systems), FreeBSD and eBSD (Embedded BSD) UNIX operating systems. Billy was founder, CEO and VP of engineering and marketing for Telenet System Solutions. Telenet, founded in 1996 was the market leader and pioneer in the field of low profile Rackmount servers and merged with BSDi in 2000. |

Paul Vixie (Board of Director)

| Mr. Vixie, a 20+ years industry veteran is the President and founder of PAIX.net where he oversees all company operations, including sales, engineering and service. As a member of the Board of Directors of Iron Systems, Mr. Vixie provides a highly valued perspective on the issues of company direction and building of quality products. |
| Recognized as an early Internet software scientist and the principal developer of modern Internet's BIND, Mr. Vixie's work began in 1980 and forms the basis for the Internet's Domain Name System. He is a member of many Internet engineering and standards bodies and is a co-founder and chairman of Mail Abuse Prevention System (MAPS), LLC. Highly service oriented, Mr. Vixie has led the Internet Software Consortium (ISC) since 1994, which in addition to BIND has contributed Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and InterNet News (INN) to the online community. These two innovations have surpassed all other implementations of these functions during the recent explosive growth of the Internet. Also an accomplished speaker and author, Mr. Vixie co-wrote "Sendmail: Theory and Practice" (Digital Press, 1993), largely considered to be the textbook standard and primary reference for earlier version of that application. An active participant in IETF, NANOG and USENIX, Mr. Vixie is often a featured presenter at conferences and meetings, including NANOG, ISPF, LISA, USENIX and others. |
